Octavian Corp. is a collaboration of three professionals with nearly a century of construction management, project design, project management and real estate finance administration experience. Its involvements have spanned residential, commercial, industrial and recreational developments primarily in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut corridor, but outside the Tri-State area and country as well. The Octavian Corp. philosophy is one of respect for the natural ecosystem and respect for the people who will work and reside in the created environment. While the company’s accomplishments are richly diverse, they share three constants: Quality, Superior Location and the Long Term Commitment of the Developer.
